Requirement understanding and machine recommendation: Understand the customer's catering type, the number of tableware, washing frequency as well as the characteristics of the catering industry in the target market, tableware type and other needs, recommend the appropriate commercial dishwasher models and configurations, such as recommending conveyor belt dishwasher for large restaurants, recommending hood-type dishwasher for small restaurants.
Provide product information and description: Provide multi-language detailed product descriptions, brochures and other documents, detailing the characteristics of the dishwasher, technical parameters, energy consumption, etc., to help customers understand the performance of the product.
Online demonstration and remote communication: use video conference online demonstration and other ways to show our showroom to customers, dishwasher operation demonstration, so that customers intuitively feel the cleaning effect of dishwashers and the operation process, through remote communication to answer customers' questions and facilitate the deal.
In-sale Services
Transportation and customs clearance assistance: assist customers in arranging transportation of dishwashers to ensure safe and timely arrival at the destination. At the same time, assist customers to do customs clearance procedures, provide relevant documents and information.
Remote installation guidance: provide detailed installation guidance video and graphic tutorials, presented in multi-language form, can guide customers online or local technicians through video conferencing real-time guidance on the installation process, and into the problem, to ensure that the dishwasher is appropriately connected to water, electricity, gas, etc., and debugging the equipment to the optimal operating state.
