Maintenance of flying conveyor dishwashers
Feb 18, 2025| Maintenance of flying conveyor dishwashers mainly includes the following aspects:
Daily maintenance:
Cleaning the filter and nozzle: After each use, the filter should be cleaned to remove food residues and avoid clogging. The nozzle also needs to be checked regularly to ensure uniform water spraying.
Cleaning the conveyor belt: Wipe the conveyor belt with a damp cloth to remove food residues and oil stains. Check the tension of the conveyor belt regularly and adjust it if necessary.
Body wiping: After use every day, wipe the outer shell of the dishwasher with a clean damp cloth to remove stains, water stains and dust on the surface.
Check the spray arm nozzle: Regularly check whether the nozzle on the spray arm is blocked or damaged, and clear or replace the damaged nozzle in time.
Regular maintenance:
Deep cleaning of the internal cavity: Deeply clean the inside of the dishwasher every week or month, and use a special dishwasher detergent to remove the accumulated oil and scale inside.
Check pipes and valves: Regularly check water supply pipes, drainage pipes and valves to ensure that there is no leakage, blockage or damage, and promptly repair or replace problematic parts.
Lubricate parts: Regularly add appropriate amount of lubricating oil to transmission parts (such as chains, gears, etc.) to reduce wear and ensure smooth transmission.
Calibrate sensors: Regularly calibrate temperature and pressure sensors to ensure accurate water temperature control and water pressure meets cleaning requirements.
Special situation handling:
Deal with scale: If the water quality in your area is hard, regularly use a descaling agent to deal with scale and follow the instructions for use of the descaling agent.
