Materials of industrial cleaning machines
Feb 11, 2025| Industrial cleaning machines are made of the following materials:
Metals: Commonly used metal materials in industrial cleaning machines include stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and durability, and is often used to manufacture the outer shell and internal structure of the cleaning machine; aluminum alloy is often used to make the frame and support structure of the cleaning machine because of its lightness and good thermal conductivity.
Plastics: Some parts such as water pipes and connectors may use plastic materials because plastics have good corrosion resistance and low cost.
Ceramics: In some high-end industrial cleaning machines, ceramic materials are used to manufacture key components such as pump bodies and plungers to improve the durability and pressure-bearing capacity of the equipment.
Nylon and polypropylene: Brush heads are usually made of materials such as nylon or polypropylene, which have good wear resistance and chemical resistance.
