Vacuum plasma cleaning machine: Clean the sample surface and remove dirt by generating high-frequency plasma. The uniformity of plasma and the coverage of the sample are crucial. The cleaning effect is better at the position close to the plasma source, but the cleaning uniformity can be better guaranteed at the position far away.
Ultrasonic cleaning machine: Use the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in liquid to remove dirt from the surface of the workpiece. The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency electrical energy, which is converted into mechanical vibrations through the ultrasonic transducer. These vibrations propagate in the cleaning liquid to form countless tiny bubbles. These bubbles expand and burst rapidly under the action of ultrasonic waves, generating strong shock waves and microjets, thereby effectively removing dirt from the surface of the workpiece.
Laser cleaning machine: The laser beam is focused on the surface of the object through an optical system to form a laser area with high energy density. The laser beam irradiates the surface of the object, instantly heating the surface material to a high temperature, causing the material to melt, gasify or evaporate, thereby removing impurities such as dirt, oxides, and oil stains. A cooling system around the laser beam prevents heat from damaging the object.
