Ozone type fruit and vegetable cleaning machine: This type of cleaning machine uses an ozone generator to generate ozone. After ozone dissolves in water, it forms ozone water, which has the functions of sterilization, disinfection and degradation of pesticides. Ozone water can effectively remove dirt and pesticide residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables, but ozone will irritate the respiratory tract in the air, so attention should be paid to ventilation when using it.
Ultrasonic type fruit and vegetable cleaning machine: Ultrasonic waves are used to propagate in liquids to generate positive and negative alternating sound pressure, forming a jet to impact the surface of fruits and vegetables, which can clean dust and sediment, and can also remove some pesticide residues. However, the cleaning effect is unstable, and high-frequency vibration may cause damage to the surface of fruits and vegetables.
Plasma type fruit and vegetable cleaning machine: Electrolyzed water is used to generate hydroxyl radicals (-OH). This highly active free radical can react with pollutants such as pesticides, hormones, pigments, etc. to generate carbon dioxide, water and inorganic salts, thereby achieving the effects of sterilization, disinfection and removal of pesticide residues. Hydroxyl free radical technology cleans thoroughly, has few side effects, and is environmentally friendly.
