Conveyor Dishwashers, also known as Flight-Type Dishwashers or Continuous Dishwashers, are high-volume commercial dishwashing systems designed for efficiently cleaning large quantities of dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, hospitals, and other large-scale foodservice operations. These machines use a conveyor system to automatically transport items through multiple stages of washing, rinsing, and sanitizing, maximizing throughput and minimizing labor requirements.

Features an intelligent system that automatically replenishes water when levels are low, stops when full, restarts heating when temperatures drop, and halts once the set temperature is reached-maximizing energy and water efficiency.

 

7. High-Temperature Double-Disinfection Zone

The high-temperature rinsing area utilizes a double-floating design and 10–20 high-precision, high-pressure fan-shaped nozzles, guaranteeing thorough residue removal and superior disinfection results.
